Personal Training

If you have more specific goals, want to have more one on one support, or just don’t feel comfortable in big groups, Personal Training will benefit you.

With personal training you have support via sms for any tips and advice needed. A program designed for your goals that is updated and changed every 6-8 weeks, to keep progressing in strength, toning, fat loss or muscle gain.

This is great for mobility, strengthening, stability and overall health.

 

I train people from all ages both male and female. My youngest client being 14 and oldest being 59

Bootcamp Classes

Our bootcamp classes are run 6 days a week in Shaw park 

Perfect for people of any age from 20-70 we have varied exercises and regressions/progressions to fit indiviudal needs.

We have under shelter areas for raining days. This is great for anyone who wants to focus more on cardiovascular health, endurance, core, strength, mobility and stability training, who enjoys a social environment and loves the outdoors. 

These classes have a mix of running, HIIT, core and strength days





Boxing sessions

Our boxing sessions are available Monday-Friday. 
This is great for anyone wanting one on one or one on two sessions without needing to join a gym.
Boxing is great for coordination, precision, cardiovascular endurance, strength and power training.

This is based out of Kallangur. option of house calls also, depending on location
